To be Honest, I don't mind the Rain

by lizzie233 @ 2007-05-15 - 08:56:13

Yes, right, a sunny day does make you feel better generally, but the trouble is with us Brits if its sunny for too long, and heaven forbid starts getting above 25 degrees C, well we all start moaning anyway.  So lets enjoy this rain while we've got it, its for sure we'll get another sweltering heat wave like we had last July and we can moan til the cows come home then, I'll probably head of the queue, especially if I'm at work at the time, lord knows its hot enough at the hospital normally let alone in the midst of 100 degrees + .

Day off today so making the most, back tomorrow on late shift, therefore naturally still in nightie at mo, and why not?!  Everyone else at work so just me and dog, she's half way through the antibiotics, don't know whether there's any change or not, wait til Friday to make decision, and have return trip to vet then anyway.  Don't think she's sneezing quite so much and even when she does there's little or no snot flying, mmmmm nice!!

Wonder what that bloke in Algarve has to do with the Madeline case, all very odd, as is he, but then only have what the media spreads to go on, he may really be helping, still strange.  I still feel she's alive somewhere, be amazing if she was closer than we all think.  Surely someone, somewhere knows SOMETHING positive.  Going to get dressed now can't slob the day away.

Nothing wrong with a good slob. I cant seem to get motivated today don't know if thats something to do with the strong anti biotics I'm on for an abscess on my gum (I know should have gone to the dentist sooner), But it's so hard finding an NHS one taking on patients. Now I've got one will make sure keep going.
